You are allotted one dedicated parking stall along with guest parking should you have visitors. Amenities include a flat screen TV, sofa, free WIFI, in-unit full size washer/dryer, air conditioning (bedroom/loft), and ceiling fans in all living spaces. There is a dedicated workspace (standing desk/adjustable) for remote workers and high-speed WiFi. The gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances is fully stocked for cooking and includes a stovetop, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, pots/pans, cooking utensils/knives, cups, plates, bowls, and utensils. In addition, the complex has tennis/pickleball courts and an outdoor pool that guests can access for swimming, tanning, BBQ, and relaxing.
